Blender Art

This site is intended entirely to be a gallery for the images I created using Blender. Blender is a free 3-D modeling suite. I was able to create some strange and (I think) interesting images and I hope others will enjoy them and maybe give Blender a try for themselves.

Blender Art is a ASP.NET site that uses LINQ to access a database storing the image information. I tried to make the site artistic looking while at the same time keeping more of a standard website layout. The background was created using the Blender logo in Blender. The blenders with Blender logos inside of them were created in Blender as well. The navigation buttons seem to change color. This was accomplished by way of a CSS trick were only half of the button is visible at one time. The site also features one the most visually compelling drop down lists I have seen.
